Acceptable Graphic File Formats:

AI, EPS, PSD, TIFF, JPEG, PDF, CDR

Adobe Illustrator: .ai or .eps format (*Vector files)
Adobe Photoshop: .tif or .psd format (*Raster files)
CorelDraw: .cdr

We also accept High-Resolution Jpeg files and High-Resolution PDF files

* Vector files are made up of clean lines and curves such as drawings and fonts converted to outlines.
* Raster files are bitmap images made of pixels. The higher resolution the more pixels per inch resulting in a sharper image.

All fonts must be converted to outlines or curves

Bitmap or Jpeg File Resolution (*Raster files)

Images should be saved to print size and be between 150 and 300 pixels per inch for best print quality.

E-mail your art files to us following the file formats mentioned above. If any issues arise we will contact you to discuss.

Non-Acceptable Graphic File Formats:

Word, Excel, PowerPoint

We cannot accept graphic files saved as Microsoft Word (.doc), Microsoft PowerPoint (.ppt) or Microsoft Excel (.xls). While these programs are fine for communicating information, they are not well suited for high quality reproduction processes. If your project is saved as one of these file formats please call us to discuss the possibility of converting it to a usable format.
